Snowflake Swirls by Olive Hope Design
Although I have never seen the original Swirly Snow, I have read a lot about it at the 123 Stitch message board. I hope someday we find the original
Swirly Snow. Until then, we have The Blizzard of Swirly Snow at 123. I hope you enjoy my version of Swirly Snow. Take care, and Merry Christmas!

A Tribute to Sue Gastler from Terri (aka Bronzemom) This quote "She wrought so well in Needleworke that she nor yet her
Worke shall ere forgotten be." is from John Taylor, 1630.
I thought it fit well our beloeved Sue Gastler who was a wonderful
designer, needleartist, and friend. Through her many designs, she's
left a lasting legacy for all needleworkers -- we'll never forget her
or her beautiful designs. I charted this to be stitched OVER ONE at the
bottom of A New Beginning (Abbey Lane Designs)-- or may be stitched OVER
TWO to replace one of the larger motifs in the center of the design. I
left the color choice up to the individual stitcher.

123 Aussie 2007 Sampler SAL This is my gift to my stitchings friends from 123 - In particular the
Aussie contingent who understand the phrase "Smile & Point your toes!"
Please have fun with this design - feel free to use whatever colours
will suit your decor or whim. I can see the border stitched in vibrant
hand-dyed variegated threads rather than the two colours it has been
charted in. There is plenty of space if you wish to add charms or
buttons and it shouldn't be too intense for even the novice stitcher to
complete. The verse is truly heartfelt:
"When I count Life's greatest riches, I count my friends who count their stitches."

Deck The Halls Designed by Vivian Bales -- "Christmas 2005 will soon be on us. Here's a small pattern
that I designed with thoughts of our neighbours to the south. For many this year, Christmas
will be bittersweet. Be thankful for family, for home, and for country. Best wishes
for a safe and happy holiday season from a Canadian friend." The

"123 Family" Pin/Badge Version 1
and Version 2 Designed and stitched by Lynn Morrow (thanks Lynn!) - "While out to the Embroiders Guild Show I looked at every face wondering if there were any other 123 Family members there. That gave me an idea that we might make a pin/badge that we can wear or attach to our bags. We will spot each other and I'm sure it will spark conversation with other shoppers!" The
