Bohin and clover are my favorite needles! Very smooth, no rough spots and reasonably priced.

These needles are good for making bullion stitches because the eye is super tiny. I won't use them for other kind of embroidery stitches though because threading them is an exercise in frustration. Try Clover embroidery needles for a bigger eye.
