If you're looking for the softness of linen with the flaw-free preciseness of aida, I strongly recommend you try evenweave. This fabric is soft and flexible, a lovely vibrant white color, and the openings are easily seen.

I just bought this fabric and it was the first time from this manufacturer. I love it! I just started a new project (Sudberry House Welcome Coat Rack) and I’m loving every stitch so far. The price wasn’t too bad either. Highly recommended!

I use this fabric for one-over-one fine work, and I love it...although I enjoy stitching on linen, the occasional eccentricity of the thread can be problematic for very detailed small patterns. This evenweave is perfect, reliable, and I love that 123Stitch hems it for me, so I don't have to worry about sealing the edges.

I happened upon Fabric Flair evenweave as a fluke, but amso happy that I did! These fabrics are great - easy to stitch on and they come in all sorts of colors and designs. I stocked up on the neutral colors so I'll have them for samplers and some charts I have with Blackwork elements in their designs. A in my book!
