I studied and studied the 123Stitch website and just love this frame. I have used it for small projects and using it now for a larger project! Great job 123!
from United States on 12/17/2015 - My best stand.
I find with all these kinds of frame stands that to get to the back of your piece well, you have to attach your frame enough back from the clamps so as to clear the crossbar when you revolve the work forward. This stand is the perfect height for me I'm 5'2" to be able to sit with with my piece close enough and my neck straight so I don't have to bend over the work. This is because the bottom 2 knobs combined with the clamp knobs allow for much adjustment. Finally, a stand that works for me! My best stand yet! I'd seen this stand advertised on other websites but on 123, the image was large enough to be able to see details well. And the price is right. Also the stand is fairly lightweight enough to be picked up with one hand but it's still sturdy enough to be pretty steady compared to others like it. I steady it with my feet resting on either side of the central support.
from United States on 03/31/2015 - stitchmaster frame awkward
The stitch master frame is made well. But after using it several time I have found it awkward to manipulate when starting threads on the back of your work and definitely difficult to get to the back of your work to run your threads when finishing off a thread. And I don't really want to have to unscrew the scroll frame from the frame holders each time I start and stop threads. Unfortunately I am going to be asking to return the frame.
