from United States on 07/23/2019 - Shoddy thread cutter and needle holder
The floss holder is nice and sturdy. But! The thread cutter was broken upon arrival. It looked poorly assembled to begin with. Great customer service. They replaced it and the second one was better, but I still secured it with epoxy to make sure the blade didn't fall out. The needle holder is a nice concept, but some white sticky stuff comes out when I pull the needle out so it's not useable. I wish they'd improve it.

These are wonderful. Rounded ends so your thread does not catch on the corners, a convenient thread cutter and even little needle holders on the end opposite the thread cutter. Lots of colors so you can keep your various projects separate if you work on several projects at once. The inside of the holes are smooth. I use them to keep the rest of the strand when you separate strands for use. And a second one for the rest of the threads of that color.

This is a great little tool for any stitcher to own. Well worth the money.

from United States on 06/10/2017 - Super item
These come in very handy to keep tabs on threads in use on a project. Threads are easier to find and easy to take off the organizer when organized like on the charts and when documented on backside on tape. Use mine all the time, only wish the holes were a little further apart to allow naming thread colors on backside.

Just what I needed. I can throw away the cardboard ones I have been using.

from United States on 03/06/2017 - For those projects with a LOT of thread...
I have been searching for a thread organizer that holds more than 8-12 colors without doubling up on the organizer. This one is perfect. The only thing I wish was that the holes were larger. I have several projects that have a TON of thread and while this holds a LOT of thread, I will have to label what doesn't fit and match it with the corresponding place on the organizer. I really do like the cutter being attached....helps save time!

from United States on 04/03/2015 - Great tool for projects
I use this to store my current project extra floss and use a Pako needle organizer for the threaded needles, the label keeps track of the colors much better than the paper ones.

from United States on 03/24/2015 - Great design
Used 2 on a project with 50 different threads, this kept everything organized and easy to find. With number start with lowest number first and symbol above each skein that I had cut into 18" lengths, passed through hole and braided. Very easy to then pull out number of threads from correct color. Reusable. Just what I wanted.

Love these handy thread organizers. The different colors and the ease to use is wonderful.

from United States on 01/16/2015 - Easy
This plastic thread organizer is easy to use and keeps precut thread close to hand. I'd prefer to not have a thread cutter because sometimes thread can become inadvertently cut.

from United States on 01/10/2015 - Good quality!
This is a really handy tool for organizing threads and a major upgrade from the hole-punched cardboard I was using before that would rip and tear. The holes are sturdy, the thread cutter works nicely, and delivery was prompt! I did however recieve something a little different than pictured, with 26 holes and several needle holders at the bottom. Works for me though.

from United States on 12/31/2014 - Great little tool!
Allows you to keep many colors for a project in a compact space, and easily pull threads out because of the strong plastic construction. Easily reusable by applying a new piece of tape for thread ID. I would like to buy more, so hope they are soon back in stock. I don't use the cutter.

Great product and good value. Wish I had it before now. Plan to get more.

from United States on 03/04/2014 - Neat little organizer
This item is excellent for keeping your project thread in one location, with easy access to pulljust one thread out as needed. I was surprised that the thread cutter works as well as it does, No tugging needed to cut thread. Handy for people who sew on projects. The color of the organizer was handy I could always see it and retrieve it from the bottom of my project bag!To help

from United States on 12/22/2013 - I use these on ALL my cross-stitch projects
You may pass by this because you organize your threads for a given project on a ring using cardboard bobbins, or the hang tags through which overdyes are threaded. But this is a wonderful additional device to have at hand holding four or five working-length threads of each of your colors. This speeds up the work of choosing a thread for your next needleful remarkably. On the reverse of this organizer is a strip of narrow white masking tape running up the middle. On it you can mark the color of the working threads in each hole, or, as I do, the chart symbol for the color. Makes substitutions for the specified colors quick to perceive and grab. You might pass up this organizer because it is made of plastic this was my initial reservation. I don't want plastic shards left over from molding these are called "flash" snagging my silks. Buy one and scrutinize it carefully see if you can find a single rough spot around the edges or in the holes. Not a one. It's as though it was carved and sanded! I'm astonished that an inexpensive thread organizer is this smooth.I use one of these for each of my projects, and when the project is done, I strip off the symbol-marked masking tape and lay a clean cut-to-size one down in its place and it's ready to reuse. It's tricky to find this on the 123Stitch website because the inventory is so huge. Remember the name "Thread Organizer
