This detailed background die cuts a string art pattern with an off-center circle focal point. Try this die in different orientations too!
The background die measures 3.75"x5" with the circle cutout measuring 1.75". Also included is a circle hello die measuring 1.5" which can either be placed back into the focal opening, or used on its own.
This unique die came as a vision in my sleep.... and boy, was it hard to accomplish!! But I think you'll agree the results are stunning. This die cuts an intricate pattern measuring 5" x 3.75" into your background paper to simulate plaid fabric, resulting in a subtle tone-on-tone texture. Following the lines, you can easily add a touch of color using a felt marker.
Due to this die's intricate nature, we do recommend using a metal shim. Your paper may warp slightly, therefore strong adhesive is also recommended. But fear not, this die will give you an amazing background!
