Lightweight and rigid, they work as a backing board, mounting board, or insert for flat folds, stand-up finishes, pillow finishes, ornaments, pinkeeps, and larger smalls.
The foam edges take pins, so you can pin, wrap, and glue your fabric in place without lacing, making them a favorite for quick, glue-free or DIY self-finishing. Also useful as a frame backing or frame insert for cross stitch, needlepoint, embroidery, hardanger, and punch needle projects.
