I received a gift certificate from my sister. It was electronic. While waiting for my desired kit to come in, there was a 6 month plus delay in using it. Then I had lost the certificate due to a computer problem. I called the company and because my sister provided me the order info from when she bought it, they took me through the steps to have it replaced. The woman I dealt with was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was told their might be a small delay before it was reissued but I received while I was on the phone with her. Excellent customer service. I was so happy as I thought it was lost forever. An then I bought four cross stich kits that I am very happy with.

If you get a paper gift card best thing to do is use it all at once otherwise it's a huge pain in the neck to get the remainder used and processed. Found it very stressful. Afraid to ask for another gift card for fear of getting another paper one
