The 3 in 1 needle puller is a godsend. I have arthritis in my hands and it helps me keep stitching. It takes a little getting used to it, but it works!

This little tool really works. I had a needle "stuck" and used the puller and it pulled it through the fabric effortlessly. My new favorite gadget. Highly recommend. I am older and my grip strength has diminished, this is really helpful and not complicated to use.
