I received this kit and noticed two of the colors that I needed were missing. I had to try and match ALL of their colors to corresponding dmc colors and then buy all new threads. Using different thread brands would have made the finished product look uneven so, I had to try and match all of the colors and it took more than two hours. I did this because when I got in touch with customer support, I was nonchalantly told that they just sell Bothey products so not responsible. I responded that, in fact 123 STITCH is responsible because they agree to partner with and sell Bothey products. They then offered to send missing threads for which I would need to wait another week, I stated that this was a gift and couldn’t wait that long. Eventually, someone else responded to me from customer care and took the time to make the entire situation right with me and took responsibility for the items they sell. Thank you for that. Shouldn’t have had to go that far but is resolved very nicely and pattern is very nice
