from United States on 08/25/2015 - Incomplete kit having done hundreds of needlepoint projects over the past 60 years, I cannot describe my disappointment at this kit. It has an incomplete complement of colors, insufficient quantities and the customer service was unwilling to help unless I sent proof of the problem. It seems the customer is to be mistrusted.

from United States on 09/23/2014 - Colors Very Close The darker colors on the canvas are very difficult to differentiate. I use an OTT Light for my needlepoint and trying to tell the difference in the canvas colors near Santa's had is very difficult. Although, I totally appreciate the kit has cotton floss and NOT yarn.
