I would agree that this is a nice evergreen with good variation. I did not find the picture to be darker (on my monitor) than the skeins I received.

Picture is much darker than reality. This is a very nice green that The Drawn Thread uses in so many of their designs. It's on the bluer side of green, which makes it a nice evergreen color.
