Memorial Day was established on May 30, 1868 following the Civil War to honor fallen soldiers. It later evolved after World War I to honor all American military service members who died in war. This design is a small way to give honor to those who fought for our country and did not make it home.

Stitched on 36 ct. Parchment by Atomic Ranch with Weeks Dye Works and DMC floss. The finished size is 5.93" x 5.43".
