Received my thread some time ago and began the process of hemming a full length formal gown. The inner layer is silk satin and the outer layer is silk chiffon. Both are cut on the bias. The challenge is with the fabrics; the thread gives no problems. That said, I would not order thread for a large project such as this without the Gutermann color card. Gutermann usually has just the right hue for the fabric I am working with. The Kinkame and Tire lines are just slightly off for most of my projects. So the dress is nearing completion and I am most grateful to 123Stitch for having the inventory and shipping promptly.
