from United States on 01/08/2019 - Wire not included a stated on package The wire in the package is silver not white as listed and shown on the package. Very disappointing. Emailed Janlynn who said that was the old company and to buy at JoAnn's. I don't do JoAnn's due to numerous problems trying to use their coupons. If you want as pictured you will need to buy your own white wire.
from United States on 07/26/2018 - Snowmen Ornaments I have all four of these ornaments. The patterns are large with the symbols easy to read. I love them. I am using white pearl beads for the white French knots. I will look for blue beads for the blue . I am even thinking about doing a charm or button on each if applicable. I am going to back these with light weight iron on Pelion.

from United States on 11/25/2015 - Incomplete While the product advertised that it comes with everything you need for finishing, it does not. You are left with an exposed back. Not a great giveaway unless you buy your own materials for finishing. When calling 1-2-3 Stitch about this, I was punted to Jannlynn who I could never get a live person to answer. After a few days, Jannlynn punted me back to 1-2-3 Stitch who opened the kit at their end, realized what I was talking about and said, "well, the wire hanger is the finishing. You shouldn't expect more than that." I was only assuming "finishing" entailed some backing to cover exposed stitches, that's all. Not in these kits.
