I've used these clip-on magnifiers for years and finally needed a higher magnification. There are other brands, but Magni-clips is the best and the only one I buy. They are great, I only wish the lens were just a bit larger.

Wish I'd known about these earlier! I gave up on xstitching about 6 years ago because my eyesight got so bad, and I got tired of hooking up lights / magnifiers to my frames and hoops. These are wonderful- lightweight, love that they flip up on my glasses if needed. Took a chance on magnification and they're perfect for my projects.

Magni clips magnification is better than the magnifier glasses from the drugstore. The glass is clearer and more precise. They are clipped at the top of your regular glasses, but rest toward the bottom, so you can look down at your stitching and look up to see people or something on TV. More comfortable than wearing 2 pairs of glasses.

These were ordered for a friend. I have been using them for years as has most everyone in my stitching group....takes the strain off our eyes and makes for easier stitching!
