I usually do not review items, but I have to on this one so that others are warned. This is the worst kit I have ever purchased! The linen is so stiff it can stand up on its own, yet it is so thin you can see thru it. The design calls for one thread over two, which the one thread does not give good coverage. There is not enough thread to use two over two, there is no mention of what brand of thread is used. Therefore, buying more skeins of thread is not an option. If I get over the disappointment, I may try to match the threads with DMC and use my own linen, but I shouldn’t have to do that. I have loved Lanarte kits in the past, is this what they have come too?
