Item: LD157
Type: Cross Stitch Patterns
Under the gibbous moon's cold glow,
Where darkened tides and tempests blow,
A raven black as peat and night
Set forth to call, to warn, incite.
From crag to croft, from forest den,
Through Munlochy to the Fairy Glen,
He croaked and cried, "Oh hear me all!
The Odhar stone is set to fall!
And should it crash like a broken spire,
The earth will quake with ancient fire!
The trees will shed their golden hoard,
And coins shall rain upon the sward!"
The deer stood still, the fox turned tail,
A tapir stopped to heed the tale,
The wind grew thick with whispered fright,
And then the raven soared in flight.
"Fear not, though omens cloud the sky,
Though shadows stretch and echoes sigh,
For when the world is torn and tossed,
It's blood that counts, kin matter most."
Through misted wood and hollow brake,
His silver words left truth awake,
So though the stars blink sharp and cold,
The Black Isle's secrets must be told.
The pattern is stitched on the fabric of your choice using the threads of your choice. Stitch count is 277 x 386. Finished size varies on the fabric used.
