perforated paper is great to work with, I use it to back all of the Mill Hill beaded ornaments thatI stitch, especially love the gold as it makes the ornaments more Christmasy looking

Love Mill Hill perforated paper. It comes in many different colours!

I mostly use Mill Hill Perforated Paper for making ornaments so I can only speak to that. Color is a flat gold (similar to DMC3820) not metallic shiny gold in person (close to DMC 321), so if you want a real gold look then go with that instead. The quality is excellent. Highly recommend.

I don't like this at all. It's not gold. Not even antique gold. It's brown.

The color was more brown than gold. I will still use it, not for what I had intended. The product itself is good, just not the color I was expecting.
