Stitched on 18 ct fabric using Weeks Dye Works floss. Stitch count is 123 x 66 and the finished size is 6.83" x 3.67".

This pretty petite pincushion features a shaded purple pansy with soft yellow accents. It also has a yellow flower sequin in the center and embellishments on the border. Comes with a blue violet bead, petal pink bead and star flake sequin.
Model stitched on 32 ct. Weeks Lilac Linen using DMC thread. Stitch count is 35 x 35.

This piece was originally designed for the Spring 2024 issue of Punch Needle & Primitive Stitcher magazine. The verse is from a song from The Mikado by Gilbert & Sullivan. The song is lilting, happy, and full of tra-la-la's!
