from United States on 12/24/2018 - Classy Shoe Colorful and very cute! I did this on perforated paper, backed with self adhesive black felt, make a loop bead hanger and put it on my Halloween tree. I like to do Halloween "ornaments" just as I do Christmas "ornaments".
