Turns out, working on wood is not my fave. I had a ton of these on my wishlist but have since removed them. I'll probably just work this pattern on perforated paper instead. Others may be fine working on wood, but I needed to use a beading needle to get the stitches through the wood holes (even for floss alone) and then anchoring a row when I was done was twice as difficult because wood obviously doesn't 'give' like working on perforated paper or plastic. This is just my own experience. If other stitches are okay with the medium, I'm sure they'll love this whole line of products; I just want my stitching time filled with love and not frustration.
