I bought the entire year of this series. They are easy and fun to do. The sampler threads offer that ombre look as in the apple, but they are more expensive than DMC. I have substituted some of the colors they recommended since I felt they were not bright enough. I am using some of the sampler threads on bigger images for effect. Cute charms also come with the pattern.

I really enjoy Lizzie Kate patterns. I plan on stitching this to set on my teacher desk in my classroom. I hope to stitch a monthly "Flip-it" pattern for each month we are in school.
