A gorgeous black with a hint of dark blue. GAST are wonderful threads. I do wish they would make one long continuous length and not pre-cut the thread though.

I got one skein of this and needed three more! This is such a beautiful color! It's black with a blue sheen going through it...so pretty for a raven or halloween piece. I'm using it for the black sections of the A.S. Sampler pattern by Lila's Studio. It's going to be perfect. Shipped super fast....this color runs out quickly so grab some when you can!

The color is mostly blue, dark blue, than black and grey as I expected. It was supposed to be used for my Halloween stitching to stitch witch's hat and crows, but I think they cannot be blue...

I loved working with this color! It's very dark navy, blending into black which adds dimension to my work that wouldn't be there using plain black.

I love this color. On a Lavender it has a purple look to it as you look at the piece you are working with. The Gental art threads are a wonder to work with.

One of my favorite flosses to use after decades of using DMC floss. Love the hand dyed colors that add additional dimension and color to your embroidery design. The lengths of floss are of perfect precut length which is nice when your are needing more thread from the skein. No more tangled skeins of floss. In addition, Gentle Arts Sampler threads do not seem to knot up as easy as other flosses while you are stitching. You may pay more per skein, but defiantly worth it.
