I’ve always used a round hoop for my cross stitch projects. Tried a wooden bulking hoop years ago and gave it away, too awkward to use. When I saw the plastic square hoop on another web site I thought why not try it and instantly logged onto 123stitching to buy myself a couple square hoops. Omgoodness I totally enjoy using a square hoop. Have no problems locking the Aida material on the square hoop and stretching it tight, at first it was a little strange to be stitching on a square canvas instead of round. Never again will I be using a round hoop. Love how I’m able to get more stitches done without constantly maneuvering around a round hoop.

The hoop is a square well designed. This hoop was on a flosstube video and it had great reviews. You don’t have to adjust the fabric like you do with other hoops after awhile. I loved it so much I ordered the other 3 sizes.

I like these hoops to hold my cross stitch linen while I work on smalls. It holds the linen tight. I like the shape of these hoops much better than a round hoop. I now have 3 in different sizes.

Bought the 7.5 square hoop and it is great! Much better for using cross stitch on clothes. I really want the other size one size down but they are out of stock now. Plan on buying more once available. Highly recommend

What makes these hoops special? Their square shape! The square shape makes it easier to stitch your design without repositioning it and the square shape makes it easier to handle. My round, wooden hoops will be taking a back seat to these new plastic, square hoops! I'll be ordering every size that is offered.

These hoops were recommended by Karen from Needlbugg. I really enjoy using the square hoops since it provides a larger stitching space. Hoops hold the material very taut. I purchased three different sizes and appreciate having the flexibility for different size patterns.

I love the square shape, and the hoop holds my fabric tight without slipping. I also use Q-snap, but these are my current favorite.

I think that I like this hoop better than a Q-snap or a regular embroidery hoop.
1. It's much easier to hold and doesn't hurt my hands like a Q-snap does.
2. The area is greater than a round hoop.
I will be ordering more of these.

I love these hoops! The square shape is appealing while working of pages of cross stitch & they hold the tension of my fabric tight.

This hoop is perfect for seeing my complete square design without having to relocate, like with a round. It was quick and easy to load the fabric and get it drum tight. It also works well with the grips on my floor stand.
