Picture This Plus says: "Measurements are pre-dyeing. They do shrink a bit in the dyeing process - especially the Luganas."

This picture provides a small glimpse of one piece of hand-dyed fabric. While Picture This Plus tries their very best to achieve the same color from dye lot to dye lot, please be aware that all hand-dyed fabrics have some differences in their variegation and patterns.

this is by far the best fabric, especially for those who love linen but your eyes don't. I used to stitch on linen for years, but my eyes have gotten worse. This fabric is so soft, easy to see and has that primitive look. This was the second order I placed. Absolutely love it. My order came very quickly. Love 123 Stitch.

The color is really pretty, but one side of the fabric had a dark dye stain--not the pretty variegated look I expected.
