Picture This Plus says: "Measurements are pre-dyeing. They do shrink a bit in the dyeing process - especially the Luganas."

This fabric is beyond my hopes as far as quality and beauty goes. It is tonal but with enough variety in shades that it is interesting and will be perfect for my cross stitch project. I won't hesitate to order fabric from 123Stitch ever again!
