This picture provides a small glimpse of one piece of hand-dyed fabric. While Picture This Plus tries their very best to achieve the same color from dye lot to dye lot, please be aware that all hand-dyed fabrics have some differences in their variegation and patterns.

Please Note: Many fabrics are dyed in batches and made from natural fibers. As a result, color variation can occur between dye lots, counts, and fabric types, even under the same color name. This is the second piece of Ale I have purchased. I love the color. But, this picture, and pictures on designer charts are much lighter than the two pieces I have received. The designer chart photos ARE true to color on the colors of floss used. So, I had to make some color changes in a design I'm stitching where some of the called for flosses got lost in this darker batch of Ale. I don't mind doing that. If you do, you may want to call 123 Stitch to ask whether the stock they have matches the online picture. Mine had much more brown. PTP linens do vary, but these two pieces are almost all brown, with a little gray undertone.
