I challenged myself with this piece because in the past, I’ve shied away from specialty stitches. But hey, maybe an old dog really can learn new tricks! The clear diagrams on the pattern make the specialty stitches less intimidating. This was a thoroughly enjoyable stitch from beginning to end, and I’m thrilled with the results. It’s gorgeous. I immediately ordered the welcome patterns for the remaining seasons.
