This is my second purchase of this fabric. The first time, I was leery about the 'sheen' description but thought the 'opalescent' look might work well for my Jewels of the Orient CCS so I took a leap of faith and bought it - absolutely loved it. The 'opalescence' in the weave is subtle and absolutely lovely. I immediately bought the fabric again for Lanarte Girls on Bicycles which I think will work wonderfully with that project. 123stitch always does a great job so I have confidence in trying new fabrics to personalize projects. Fabric arrived in great condition and love the serging.

This cloth is wonderful to work with. I have used 32 count before for a winter scene. The 36 count is easy to work with as well. I love the sparkle it adds to your project.

This beautiful piece of linen lends itself to adding an extra touch of colour in the subtle opals shimmers that catch the light ever so slightly as the fabric moves beneath the light. It is not too showy for that special touch of elegance you may want to add to your needlework piece. The feel if the linen is perfect beneath my hands as I stitch. It does not lose its shape. I love it.

This is simply gorgeous fabric with a nice hand. I’m not sure why this description says “clear sheen” because the opalescent threads are the usual iridescent kind. Lovely!
